UBC Sun Life plans typically offer a $3,000 lifetime maximum for orthodontic treatment. While we are a private specialist office, we provide all the necessary documentation for you to claim your $2,500–$3,000 lifetime orthodontic maximum. 

Our team helps you navigate the paperwork for insurance claim submission- whether it is AMS/GSS, Pacific Blue Cross, Sunlife or any other provider to minimize out-of-pocket expense.
